I'm tired. I'm not too sure what the actual cause of this 'bone tired' fatigue is, but it's very real! I have a theory that it may have to do with swimming and diet, so I'm going to remedy it.
The swimming is a bit tough and tonight I'll be making it to the master's practice to check it out. I may join it in order to get an organized approach to my swimming/strength building while having some company. Swimming alone is ok, but having someone to talk to at the wall is nice!
This weekend I'm off to get more equipment. An Annapolis store is giving our group a discount and I'm off to get new shoes - I've clocked enough miles that I need new ones for sure! I'm excited about that.....
